A Travel Expense Fee will apply for locations over 50 miles from Sevierville, TN. This fee covers mileage, meals, and lodging (if applicable) and will be discussed before booking. Travel expenses are based on the IRS mileage rate, GSA per diem rates, and actual lodging costs as needed.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon signing the agreement to confirm your booking. This deposit secures the date, covers initial planning and preparation, and is applied toward the total cost of the session.
The remaining balance and any applicable travel fees are due 14 days before the scheduled session. If the session needs to be rescheduled, the deposit can be applied to a future date if notice is given at least 30 days in advance.
